After a brief hiatus to help the Las Animas Grill in Trinidad punch up their breakfast/lunch offerings, Gordon is returning to his old stomping grounds. As Dinner Chef at La Plaza Inn, he’ll be bringing back many old favorites but he’s also looking forward to shaking things up a little and giving the folks of Walsenburg some new tastes and treats. Look for an opening in early-mid April!
